Quiteness and safety

We could not get into the property as it was locked, and the number could not get through.....I want a refund because we did not stay there....I am furious

The gardens are beautifull

only one toilet and shower and no aircorns

The facility was nice and big enough room

The gas geyser that was hot and cold more cold than warm I rather bathed in a bucket of water that I found in one of the cupboards on the kitchen witch was removed while we were not there. And another thing that I didn't like is when the staff goes into the place while you are not there not once but twice a day while you as the guest is out for the day. That means you as the guest doesn't have any privacy. And you were not informed that the staff is going to tidy the place daily you only saw a notice behind the bedroom door the day that you left. My advice would be that you inform the guest when they arrived at the property that this will happen on a daily bases

Place is big and quiet so we enjoyed the space that we had

If they could add another bathroom and have an air conditioner it was too cold in the evening

Did not Tv eat breakfast
