Giulia was delightful in communicating and explaining everything upon arrival. The location couldn't be more perfect, close to train station-slight uphill walk, but minimal compare to others. Mini supermarket nearby to get essentials. 2 cafes are readily available in the mornings for your breakfast needs.

The location we knew about but didn't realize how hard it was to catch a bus or find a taxi. The check in instructions were not clear The 4cm long scorpion inside the unit was concerning The shower was incredibly difficult to use due to its small size and height of step down, and the full slip bathroom tiles made using the shower a hazardous endeavor

The shower floor is so slippery it is actually dangerous. The mattress was too hard. The heater downstairs wouldn’t heat up.

The office was right by the train station and the woman who gave us our key also walked us to the apartment. It was also very close to the station/everything else in town and very comfortable.

the little apartment was so nice and clean! comfy bed, nice bathroom, and a little kitchen so we were able to make our first homemade meal in days!

Not easy to pick up the keys. It was written to collect the keys at Explora Trekking store. But this store was closed. I had to call and then a somewhat stressed out lady told me to come to a place that was not easy to find at first sight either.
