If the following did not happen I would give the stay 10 out of 10 but these made the experience bad 1- kitchen sponge used, I asked for new but no answer I had to buy new ones 2- only 2 toilet tissue (cheapest type) provided for a couple staying 7 nights, I asked for top up with no response so I bought my own 3- out of date coffee in the kitchen, it seem no one check or clear other people left overs 4- no instruction about bin one bag only provided for a week stay and you should take your general waste out with you but all around the flat is recycling facilities, so I took the rubbish in the car and had to find a general waste container for the rubbish 5- I big note in the toilet saying “if you leave our white towel with marks we will charge you” this is very bad 6- patio door dose not look 7- in the advert it say you pay €40 euros in cash as a deposit, they charged me €150 on my card ( this is not security on the card, they actually took €150 now it is nearly 2 months and still did not get my deposit back (don’t forget the card issuer will charge foreign exchange fees for both transactions I will contact booking.com today to complain
