Fantastic apartment which is located a couple of minute walk to the beach and old town. The apartment consists of 2 huge double bed rooms and 2 bath rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was no outside noise. Both rooms have AC too. Ana was a great host and came to meet us at check in and check out. She gave me her number and was at hand for anything we needed. I would highly recommend Anas apartment

Ana greeted us on arrival and helped us understand the garage and parking spot. Plus she gave us a careful tour of the property. There was a nice welcome basket and some cool beverages which were much appreciated. After weeks of traveling in Spain, this was the first accommodation that we had that felt comfortable and not compromised in some way. It was a refreshing surprise! The location was amazing. Right in the heart of everything. Ana was available to provide recommendations, referrals, and more. Her referrals worked out great for us too!

There are shutters and double pane windows, but sometimes people are really loud in the street at midnight to 5am.

Great location, in the heart of Marbella. Apartment had everything from washing machine to dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, etc + snacks, gift wine... The host is really wonderful and helps in everything that you would need during your stay (restaurant booking, etc). Apartment was very clean - this is one of the most important to us usually. Parking is good size, i managed to park with an SUV with a large bike rack attached to the hook, so unless you come with a truck it should be OK.

The balcony is big, but rather long and narrow. We didn’t use it though as there are a few brunch places just under the building and one across the park, both within 75m from the apartmant… and for evening drinks we went out also. Its not a negative as you can see them on the pictures, but in case its important to someone.
