L’emplacement. L’appartement se trouve au bord de mer proche de la vieille ville et de nombreux restaurants.
L’isolation de l’appartement est catastrophique. Autant phobique que thermique. La nuit c’est très bruyant et nous avons du mettre la climatisation forte pour tenir 27 degrés dans le salon. La chambre des enfants n’a pas de fenêtre. Il y a une très mauvaise odeur de la salle de douche à l’étage et le pommeau de douche en haut est en très mauvais état inutilisable nous n’avons pas utilisé celle-ci.

Great location and view of the marina, and pool facilities.
Apartment not very clean and tired. Oven didn’t work and cook top played up. Toilet doesn’t flush properly and you have to jiggle it.

More modern utensils, property needs updating,, shower head I fixed as unusable ,bathroom door lock needs attention ,patio doors do not lock, cups were dirty in the cupboard they had not been checked,no instructions for the air con controllers,I would suggest that the rep from Skol made a visit to the property.
