Very clean well located and comfortably decorated. Everything went well and we were generally happy.

The apartment was recently decorated to a high standard but it could be improved by providing additional bed linen and some more kitchen equipment like wine glasses and larger cups. These are small things in what was otherwise a nice stay.

The location was amazing, great beach access and only 10mins drive into Puerto Banus. Also the initial look of the complex is picturesque and the grounds and pool are maintained to an exceptionally high standard.

We booked a stay for 3 people. The apartment is described as cozy, however we found it would have suited 2 people comfortably. The sofa bed wasn’t really adequate and there was not enough room for our things or for us to move around each other. The decor isn’t bad, but could use a refresh. I personally didn’t feel it was as clean as it could have been and they need brand new towels and sheets, bath mats and pillows and a new toaster, it was dirty with burned crumb remnants. Everything felt a little worn, not what I’d expect from an holiday accommodation. Also the bathroom sewage system needs looking at as you are able to smell sewage in the bathroom continuously and is very unpleasant. Also we had ants the whole time we were there. They should put something down to prevent this as it adds further discomfort of the stay. We could have used some more cleaning products, like a vacuum or broom to tidy up ourselves. Also the WI-FI connection is poor. I could not get internet access in the bedroom and couldn’t watch Netflix without buffering. This is a shame as it has amazing potential. I was able to see one of the neighbouring apartments which was stunning and resulted in all guests to apartmentos Linda vista having a completely different holiday experience.

it is for a couple - sofa is not good for another bed (leather ). issues with air conditioning- it is old and requires replacement.

It is suitable for a couple or family with young kids, as it’s just got 1 bathroom which is en suite from the 1 bedroom. 3rd adult on sofa bed makes the area very crammed and to use shared bathroom have to go via bedroom. Sofa upholstery should be replaced

Parties in neighbouring villas were noisy on both Friday and Saturday night. Beach location is fabulous but the front of the property might not work for everyone. You Might want to mention that it is right next door to a massive strip club and camping fishermen.
