Pueblo Dorado, Mojacar

Appt clean and well equipped and well situated for beach, restaurants and shops. Pool was open and cleaned on regular basis, even tho too cold to use. Excellent TV and wifi( important in the winter)

Appt faces north and am sure that is a bonus in the summer, but in Jan it means there was no sun on the lovely, large balcony. No ones fault, just an observation! Lot of stairs involved even tho it is a ground floor- def not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Beds were comfortable, apartment was clean, good balcony area

The pool was closed, shower cubicle door was unsafe and came off hinges when opened, there appeared to be a leak under the sink in the kitchen.

No sun on terrace. Apartment heating only heated top half of room . No oven in kitchen only an air fryer suitable for 1 portion

The apartment itself is nice enough - bed was comfortable.

The sound insulation is very poor - could hear toilets flushing regularly, also people talking and the lady above walking around with high heel shoes. Apartment is difficult to find and is a fair distance to the beach, restaurants etc. All uphill on the way back. Terrace was very disappointing as it gets absolutely NO sun - we were very envious looking across at the other apartments which were bathed in sunshine all day. Perhaps it is better in the summer when the sun is high, but awful at this time of year.

Location was good as close to the beach and the Apartment was immaculate. The kitchen is small but has almost everything you need except an oven. There is a lovely large terrace area. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

There are 32 steps to ground floor apartment. The main gate was frequently locked preventing us from being able to avoid the steep steps to access or exit as we had no key to main gate. We were unable to get UK tv as stated even though we followed all the instructions so everything was in Spanish . The sliding wardrobe doors in main bedroom kept coming off the tracks as did the doors to the ensuite shower in the main bedroom. I understand these issues are being addressed by the owner so don't let this put you off as once addressed this is a lovely apartment.

Fantastic comfortable and amazing facilities. Really spacious, we loved the apartment!!
