Location and facilities

We got caught up in a situation when a family member had a problem opening the front door lock due to a lock failure and the rest of the family from the inside of the apt could ‘t help opening the door as there was only one key. The hosts replied they were not available until two days later, so we had to deal with the situation ourselves. That was really unpleasant.
