ARREDAMENTO FATISCENTE, NESSUNA PRESENZA DI TENDE O ZANZARIERE ALLE FINESTRE E PORTA BALCONE, LAVANDINO BAGNO PICCOLISSIMO MODELLO SCUOLA MATERNA, ALTEZZA NON REGOLAMENTARE, LE CHIAVI APRIVANO IN MALO MODO LE SERRATURE.

Il bagno: molto piccolo e con scarichi del lavandino e della doccia poco funzionanti Impianto elettrico un po' datato con alcune prese un po' pericolanti

"Pulizia quella sconosciuta"

Posizione vicino al mare

Appartamento sporco e lurido, trovata gomma da masticare spiaccicata su un comodino, pavimento sporco di peli di cane dappertutto e zampate di cane su porte, cappa cucina minimo da 2/3 anni che non veniva pulita con fuliggine che scendeva suoi fuochi, forno pieno di briciole, nessuna o carente dotazione puliza manco un mocio per lavare... Nonostante richiesta di pulizia all'agenzia la ditta pulizie intervenuta ha fatto finta di pulire (solo la fomma) dovendo noi pulire per 2 giorni con due bambini piccoli, ci hanno poi rimborsato solo la quota pulizia da denuncia; appartamento datato e vecchio, le persiane erano difficili da aprire e chiudere, le finestre "leggere" si sperava che tenessero
