Nice location near Venice, the parc nextdoor offers a nice playground for the children , very good hints for restaurants in the neighborhood

It was a good size apartment for 5 people, well equipped and fairly clean. Appreciated the mosquito nests on all the windows 🙏 Free parking nearby, quite area with a good choice of restaurants, and a 20 minutes drive into Venice. Good and clear instructions for self check in and info about the area and Venice.

The private garden needs a little upgrade (grass and better furniture) The one AC unit for the whole apartment is strong enough but you need to have the bedroom doors open. Would be much better if separate AC units in each room or at least some ceiling fans. The toilet flush is a bit too loud in the bedroom

Very good apartment, a lot of space, confortable beds. 10 minutes drive to Troncheto (parking for boat to Venice). It’s a residencial area and it’s quiet at night, what is good.

In the kitchen some basics are missing: A toaster and a coffee machine. Also better cooking equipments ( a bigger fridge).

Looking-new bathroom, flexible arrangement with the host, lots of parking places on the street, and nearby supermarkets. For the guest taking public transportation, the stop of a bus to Venice is also within walking distance.

The equipment level of other facilities is not high. The kitchen lacks an oven and a dishwasher. Only one air-conditioner for the entire apartment.

The flat was very comfortable with a private outside area. The parking area was not far from the house. When we arrived, the weather was quite cool, but you can turn on the heating. The beds we very comfortable and the bathroom had all we needed. The city of Venice is about 15min ride by car. Breakfast was not included. We had breakfast at home. The food market is around the corner.

Not too many good places to eat outside nearby, but if you have rented a car it is not a problem. We bought the electric water heating jug, you can use gas, but we are not used to it. We also bought the plaids to use when sitting outside. We left them there, I hope other guests don`t have the problem. We missed the coffee machine the most.
