High ceilings, nice decor, modern, nearby the train station, quiet location.

The flat suffers from low water pressure (so are the other flats in the building) and relies on an autoclave to guarantee the water flowing out of the tap. The autoclaves are all in a room beneath the main bedroom of this flat, and it gets noisy every time someone opens a tap. They should be changed with modern and more silent ones. Flat also has mouldy spots, all reported to the agency.

Wygodne i przestronne mieszkanie, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko dworca, dobrze zaopatrzonego marketu, dystans spacerowy do piekarni, warzywniaka, i restauracji. Bez problemu mozna znaleźć darmowe miejsca parkingowe w okolicy. Dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem.

Po wejściu do mieszkania trochę czuć wilgoć, ale na szczęście problem znikał po przewietrzeniu. Niewielka ilość talerzy i kubków, przy czterech osobach nie było żadnego zapasu.

The apartment was on the first floor, clean, comfortable, 5-7 minutes walk from the train station, very convenient for transportation, we didn't use the terrace, the pictures correspond to reality.

The unit was very well kept clean and comfortable. Short walk to the historic center easy parking and Giulia our hostess was wonderful. She shared a lot of useful info about Monopoli. We took very nice day trips to alberobello, locorotondo, martina franca, polignano a mare and ostuni

Lovely apartment with everything you need for your stay. Close to the train station so easy for getting around the area. Short walk into town around 15 / 20 mins. Good supermarkets near by. We enjoyed the shared roof terrace, not sure its really used by others as we were up there alot and didnt see anyone else

La struttura si trova a piano terra e nelle vicinanze ci sono molti parcheggi non a pagamento.

Ci è stata chiesta una cauzione di 100€ in contanti che ci doveva essere tornata in 3 giorni dal nostro check-out. In alternativa un bonifico che ci veniva restituito dopo 30 giorni. Ovviamente ho scelto la cauzione in contanti che mi sono stati restituiti 8 giorni dal nostro check-out.

It was very Clean. It was near the train station which is what we wanted. It was quiet and didn’t get too hot at all.

I didn’t realize the rooftop is not connected to the house but another locked door upstairs separate from apartment. So we didn’t get a chance to use it and that was the main reason we booked it so we could enjoy outside space at “home”. Also we were not given any instructions on where it was or how to access, but we explored and figured it out. The apartment was fitted with dishes but would have been so nice to have coffee provided there as an extra since that’s so common. There was water in the fridge but we didn’t know if that was an extra charge. The Check in was a bit of a nightmare for people looking to explore a new city leisurely. I needed to provide up the minute timelines to meet someone to check in and it also needed to fit her busy schedule of other check ins. It was truly a bummer to spend the whole day trying to decide what time we would be done exploring nearby Bari so she could give us the keys during a time that worked for her. We also had almost no idea how long it would take to get from one place to the next to meet her. And neither did she. It worked fine in the end with us waiting about 15-20 min longer than our agreed time in front of the apartment but it was totally not ideal and a real pain in our plans. Since we had to go through the trouble of meeting someone, We also would have loved to hear about recommendations or directions on how to get things. We asked but were only given vague answers like everything’s good and walk to square X and then keep going. Not the best for people who have never been to the town before. And we found many nearby places were closed despite the online info we googled so local tips would have been so great. And we were also told an issue about check in the night before we checked out, so that was another hassle that was communicated too late. In the end I wouldn’t stay there again due to the poor communication, but the apartment was clean and quiet and nothing wrong with it.

Flat is in the great and quiet neighborhood, 10minutes from the center. Shop is 50m and cool restaurant 500m away from the flat. No problem with free parking in nearby streets. Nice and professional host.

Flat is big and spacy with modern vibe, but not 100% clean - floors were not washed for some time, mold in the shower, missing hangers by the front door, missing hot water/coffee pot and you need to buy even the salt when you plan to cook. A great place to stay and safe for families, just missing few little details here and there.
