Le confort des lits et emplacement dans le centre Très calme Accès facile et propriétaire qui répond rapidement

Arrivée sous la pluie, dégât des eaux dans la pièce centrale et la salle de bains. Tout était inondé. Personne n'est venu nettoyer. Réponse de la propriétaire : c'est normal. Pas de papier WC (malgré notre demande), très peu d'équipement de cuisine. Vraiment dommage car ce logement pourrait être très bien...

Ho preferito solo solo la posizione centrale e l’insonorizzazione.

Struttura non curata e pulizia discutibile. Almeno una bottiglia di acqua per accoglienza va messa in frigorifero. Lenzuola di flanella ad agosto.

The property is described as a 2 bedroomed appartment when it is actually a 1 bedroom appt with a sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom was a bit tight . The air conditioning wasn't particulaly affective in the bedroom. No sky tv. Some facilities that would improve the appartment - a Microwave, pegs for washing more than 6 coat hangers and an information pack on the city etc plus and umbrella for the public beach.

The property was COLD, EXTREMELY COLD. It was between 5-10 celsius at most ALL THE TIME. We slept with our beanie hats, scarves etc. on and it was only myself who dared to take a shower in this freezing conditions. The owner [a local from Bari, South Italy, apparently (sic!)] brought us a tiny electric heater upon our explicit request. When I saw it on the door step when we returned from our day trip to Matera, we had enough of it and made a decision to relocate. The experience with Booking.com dedicated agents for Italy (10+ of them both myself and my wife tried to talk with over 2h+ in the late night) was just plain horrible. They were hanging up on us, the words 'relocation' or 'put me through to the UK-based agent', 'put me through to your supervisor' were not in the allowed vocabulary - they kept on disconnecting up on us once such phrases were even articulated.

It was just plain horrible experience! Both the property owner and Booking.com take the blame. Booking.com should refund us the whole amount paid for the absolutely disgraceful Customer Service based in Egypt and God knows where else (please check the calls you record!) and the very fact such a property was even listed on your website. We lost 3 days of our precious holiday time because of you - shame on you!
