Accessibility to market , food joints , Candolim beach, Parking space for self drive vehicle. Apartment exact as shown in pictures , neat clean and very well maintained. 100% recommendation for this. Ashok caretaker and Riya the property manager were super helpful.

1) Absolutely neat and clean like a five star property. White clean linen and towels. 2) The owner has thoughtfully done up the entire house....whatever u require for a comfortable stay ,its there ......iron and ironing stand ,wifi,TV s , 3) I would specially like to mention about the excellent kitchen which has everything u need in a kitchen....pans ,pressure cooker,mixie, glasses, toaster , microwave And its bowls ,beer mugs ,cups ,glasses......Its a very well stocked and well planned kitchen.Not to forget.......vim liquid ,dishwashing scrub and rack and plate stand etc.....too good. Even basics like......tea , coffee ,sugar ,salt was provided . 4)we stayed for two days and they gave us house keeping service the second day too. We came back from our adventure to a well groomed apartment.......was such a wonderful feeling to be back tired ..... to find the house neat and tidy. 5) location wise ....it is located very near to the main lane ..... its walkable distance to the major attractions of the main road.Lot of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. I would definitely recommend families with kids to use it for a fantastic experience.

1)one of the bathroom is little small in size.( can't do much about it ......its part of the design of the apartment. We didn't face any issue as our kids used it......but....might be an issue for elderly people. 2)Air Conditioner gave us some trouble in the night .
