New apartment close to the station in a quiet area. A few minutes walk from the city center. Nice service, I highly recommend it.

The apartment is very comfortable & clean with all the facilities you need. Its nice to have the chairs on the patio. The location is 2mins from the train station & approx 10/15mins to the old town area and beautiful port. We had a lovely peaceful stay here. Our host Fabrizio was very nice, kind and always on hand for queries. Would recommend this apartment.

"Lovely 7th floor flat (with elevator) with view of sea"

The 180 degrees view of the ocean. The lift for the flat on the 7th floor (my mother has mobility issues and it seems a lot of places in monopoli with a view don't have lifts). The cleanliness. Even in late July I was able to easily get free parking everytime on Viale delle Rimembranze (only 2 mins away). Fabrizio was friendly and communicative. Short walk to the old town.

The aircon was good enough for us however we could only control the temperature but not the timing or strength. It wasn't too much of an issue because the aircon was still cool enough for us to sleep well (even in late July). But mentioning in case some people need full blast aircon on demand.

Clean, bright, airy, well stocked. Excellent communication for check in and check out. Short walk in to the old town, short walk to the beach, close to the train station. We had a wonderful stay- thank you!

Spacious, clean and modern apartment, very good location close to the city centre and train station. Good ability to park a car around the location. Small breakfast included (croissant and coffee in coffee bar nearby).

"Lovely apartment in Monopoli"

The apartment is next to the train station and ~10-15 minutes walk from Monopoli city center. It is comfortable, quiet (because it is not in the city center) and you have a view on the sea. The apartment is big, with all the necessary for staying a week there. I recommend it.
