Posizione ottima .la casa 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, con la piscina e tutte le cose necessarie.

De ligging en de ruimte rond het huisje zijn heel fijn!

De keuken was toch echt anders dan getoond op Booking. Vele malen ouder, in de kastjes zat een soort plastic geplakt. Op de klapstoelen zat stof met grote vochtkringen. Slechte wifi. Serviesgoed was niet schoon en er waren bv geen wijn/bierglazen, kleinere schaaltjes, geen thee-handdoeken, geen eenvoudige zaken als peper&zout.

Personel sam zwrócił uwagę tuż przed przyjazdem że nie ma Internetu i czeka na instalację do naszego wymeldowania niestety nie udało się podłączyć. To jedyny minus

Bardzo ladny domek niedaleko plazy (malutkiej). Dwie przestronne sypialnie, pokoj dzienny z aneksem kuchennym oraz łazienką. Wszystko zadbadne jak na tego typu wakacyjna nieruchomosc. Przyzwoitych rozmiarow ogrod z drzewami, lezakami oraz malym basenem. W maju bylo cicho i mozna bylo odsapnac od pracy. Cala nieruchomosc z ogrodem dla siebie do duzy komfort wypoczynku. Idealna pozycja do zwiedzania najciekawszych miast Apulii. Bardzo mily gospodarz, byl dostepny przez caly czas pobytu na telefon, szybko odpowiadal na pytania.

W niektorych miejscach trzeba zrobic mini poprawki przed sezonem ;) ale nie mialo to wielkiego wplywu na ogolny odbior naszego pobytu.

Ne pas pouvoir utiliser la piscine, le manque d équipements pour le petit déjeuner, manque bouilloire et café.

L emplacement pres de la plage et proche de Monopoli. La climatisation et le jardin belle exposition de la maison Accueil au top , notre hôte etait tres réactif.

Clean, tidy basic accomodation with a modern bathroom, washing machine, and plenty of parking space, making it great for a beach getaway. The host was very friendly and helpful, making himself available if we had any questions. Check-in instructions were also very clear. Some snacks and water were provided too which was a nice touch.

Not negative, just some considerations for those not familiar with the area — it’s mainly comprised of private beach clubs, many of which are closed outside of peak season (September onwards). There are however some small grottos nearby (walk about 500m or travel further up the road approx. 1.5km for access. The road itself turns into a one-way route just before you reach the property so you do need to loop around to get to Monopoli town centre, grocery stores etc. There are no cafes/grocery facilities in walking distance.

It’s very family friendly, it is literally 200 away from the beach, which makes it perfect for a family with little ones. The place has space for children to play and it is equipped with coffee machine and appliances which makes it perfect for cooking meals.

One of the bedrooms doesn’t have air con and we couldn’t find a fan either, so it can get a bit hot at night.
