The owner is very kind and helpful. Location is near the sea and city center, view from the window is nice. Apartment looks ok and has all equipement needed. It would be 10 rating for owner and location.

The staircase is very dirty and feels unsafe, apartament is quite small and not very comfortable for longer stay.
