Espaçoso, bem equipado, próximo à estação de trem e supermercado.

Very quite place ,close to market( 1min),railway station( 7min), beach (15min walk).Monopoli is wonderfull place to stay and Rest even without travelling to other place/Town such as Bari, Brindisi, Polignano or Taranto- Gallipoli.Very good contact with owner.

C'était un peu bruyant et mal insonorisé. La plaque avec le nom Casa Vacanze Modern Walls est beaucoup trop petite. Heureusement nous sommes arrivées de jour sinon de nuit, nous aurions eu du mal à trouver cet hébergement. Peut-être mettre un panneau un peu plus en avant.

Very nice apartment in a communicative location. Own private parking. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. It is located in a gated complex and along with the keys to the apartment you also receive a remote control for the barrier to enter by car. About 10 min. walking distance from the city center. A wonderful quiet place especially if you are with children. We recommend it with both hands!

Clean flat, friendly host (although I never met her, only via Whatsapp). There are parking lots directly in front of the house, and there's a supermarket right next to the apartment complex. You can walk to the old city center within 10 min. There is wifi, but my phone couldn't connect

During the whole day, there were squeaking noises outside, don't know from where they were coming from or what it was. Also, be aware that the rail lines are close by. If a train drives over the nearby bridge you will hear the rumbling (but this happens rarely). Last point: the mattress was too soft for me personally. And it has a bit of a sag...
