Klimatyzacja w pokoju nie działała sprawnie. Było to spore utrudnienie przy ogromnych upałach ok 40 stopni. Brak deski do krojenia i zwykłego noża do chleba czy owoców/warzyw. Na balkoniku przydałyby się sznurki do suszenia ręczników.

Location is great!

It was the loudest apartment, I ever experienced. No noise from the streets, as windows are great, but inside the house you can hear literally everything. The bedroom is under the terrace, metal chairs have been dragged until late at night. All surrounding apartments have been loud until the middle of the night and then starting again 6 am. There is a thin door from the bedroom to neighbors kitchen, no way to sleep. I was sick after 4 nights of no sleep, even with the best earplugs, no chance. Also, the pillows were flat and hard…why??? I have been exploring Puglia all day, all I want is a proper night of sleep and a shower, but the thingy for the shower head was broken and I had to macguyver a solution, there is also nothing to put your toiletries in the shower, which is not very pleasant as it is a small shower and you have to put everything on the floor. All in all, a cute apartment, but reviews are obviously not considered and comfort has never been tested. Most of these problems are easy to fix with only a tiny bit of money.

O ar condicionado do quarto não fica gelado, parece mais uma ventilação e o da sala não consegui fazer funcionar. Passei calor em junho. Mas o grande problema foi a TV. Na verdade parece um monitor e não funciona nem com os canais locais. Depois de andar o dia todo, chegar e ver os jogos da Copa do Mundo era o que esperava. Sugiro uma máquina de café. Tem uma cafeteira mas só para café de 1 pessoa.

Superb central location in the heart of Monopoli, within easy walking distance of everything. Bright and airy when the windows are open, with good shower pressure.

The host was unwelcoming and rude via the Booking.com messaging system when we declined to use WhatsApp for check-in instructions. After involving Booking.com we resolved it, but there were no local tips, no warm welcome, and no sense that guests mattered. The bed was small and the aircon was very loud. Basic kitchen amenities were missing, made worse with a note demanding you wash up, yet no washing-up liquid, sponge or dish towel is provided. We only discovered after our stay that the property apparently has a rooftop terrace, which was never mentioned. Compared to every other property we stayed at on our Puglia trip, this one stood out for all the wrong reasons.
