Great location for cking out the area, be ready for the two sets of circular stairs, decor was cool, not a lot open in late October. Its a very large space, we enjoy it. Interesting little Village

No onsite contact at ck in and limited contact with property manager after. Owner was nice when we checked out. Please buy a tea kettle

Locazione Stupenda tipica del luogo, situata nella parte alta del paese, silenziosa, a piedi si raggiunge il centro in 2 minuti, dotata di tutti i confort necessari. Complimenti a Giorgia disponibilissima.

Прекрасный дом в 3 этажа. Всё очень стильно и со вкусом. Безупречная чистота. Вид из окна на холмы Тосканы!!! Сам городок очень красивый и спокойный. В нем очень комфортно отдыхать от суеты и большого количества людей и жары на море. До пляжа можно доехать за 30 минут. Очень рекомендую к посещению.

I can 100% recommend the accommodation. A very pleasant village with a bakery, butcher, shop, two cafes and one restaurant. Location in the hills, surrounded by forests, 45 minutes on a pleasant way to the sea. If you want to get to know authentic Tuscany uninfested by tourists, then there is no reason to hesitate. The house is fully equipped, a beautiful historical building with three floors. I would also like to thank Giorgia, who handed over the keys and is available for any questions. It was always a pleasure to meet her and her parents and greet each other warmly.

Thank you for the lovely, quiet and relaxing stay. We really enjoyed our time in Montieri. It was very nice to have Giorgia as a contact person who could also speak English (our Italian is still very bad). We cannot understand the previous very bad review. As we know from other Tuscan houses, cutlery etc. is in the dining table :-) I think if you had asked, you would also have found the bottle opener and the large selection of cutlery in the dining table. We were impressed by the location with chestnut forests, the legacy of old mines and the sustainable use of geothermal energy. Anyone interested in volcanoes and sustainable heating methods should definitely visit the “Parco Naturalistico Le Biancane”. The house was equipped with vegan soap, lots of cleaning products, a washing machine and a modern heating system (hot water and heating are sustainable). There is a modern induction cooker in the kitchen. Everything is available in Montieri, a shop, bakery, bar, butcher and pizzeria. We recommend booking as a couple or family as there are no doors between each floor. We were very happy that this sustainable and relaxing tourism could also exist.
