Penthouse -Breathtaking sea view-Just on the beach

The apartment itself was fine. I wouldn't agree with the description on the property's website that “This apartment offers an extraordinary blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury, making it the perfect choice for your stay in Greece.” It meets the needs, but there is nothing extraordinary about the apartment. Perhaps if, on the day of our arrival, someone could have opened all the shutters to showcase the "breathtaking view", we MAY have been able to overlook everything else, but apparently, they were kept closed "to keep the windows clean for our viewing". So not only was it upon us to open ALL of the shutters, but also to put out the balcony furniture.

We did not stay at the property and stayed elsewhere. There was miscommunication (some to no fault of the owner, as Booking.com doesn't allow Google pins or photos to be visible in their app's messaging feature???) regarding the property's location and access. We didn't know where the apartment was located. If it weren't for 2 lovely neighbors, I don't know what we would have done. I do take issue with the owner trying to divert guests from the common areas, so they do not see the awful conditions (rusty railings, stained and dirty walkways, an abundance of cats (which they claim they made us aware of in their guide, only provided outside the cancellation window, 1 day before arrival), bird feathers, inoperable elevators). We were instructed to get the keys from the 3rd-floor door and then utilise the elevator directly to the 4th floor for the duration of our stay, thus bypassing the less-than-luxurious building complex. But when pressing the button for the 4th floor, the elevator didn't move. Note: Upon booking, and well within the cancellation period, I put in a special request: "There is one in our party with mobility issues, so I trust the elevator is working.” No response. The owner's disregard for my request to cancel, citing misrepresentation in the listing, and their continued communication as if we were staying in the apartment, even after I stated we found other accommodations and could provide receipts to prove it, is concerning. I could go on. I question all the positive reviews posted here and elsewhere that make no mention of the common areas or the cats (you can hear them fighting through the walls), and I love cats! A few mentioned the problem with parking, which was also our problem, as contrary to the photos provided, the parking area suggested was dominated by two trash dumpsters and 3 pairs of boots, taking up half the lot.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικό, όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Θέα καταπληκτική ακόμη και και από το καθιστικό. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειάζεται. Δυστυχώς ο καιρός δεν μας επέτρεψε να απολαύσουμε τις υπέροχες βεράντες. Θα το επισκεπτώ ξανά σίγουρα.

Μία επιπλέον τηλεόραση στον κάτω όροφο θα εξυπηρετούσε σε αυτονομία όταν φιλοξενούνται παρέες.

Ich hab mich noch nie in einem Apartment so zu Hause gefühlt. Super Lage mit unglaublicher Aussicht! Tolle Ausstattung. Großartige Hilfe von Eftichea bei Anreise, Abreise und während des Aufenthaltes.

A tumble dryer would have come in handy.

Outstanding location in the Loutraki area with simply amazing & unmatched views. The unit was large, clean and very well equipped/furnished to support the everyday needs of the occupants. Well Done!

The access to the property, given lack of timely communication, became unnecessarily dramatic and caused unnecessary anxiety as instructions on "how to access" the unit were still outstanding in the morning of arrival despite multiple communications in the days previous to the arrival. What s/b a simple procedure became a unneeded complication. Advice: A. Simply inform the renter on the procedures as the "how"and "when" one will access the unit when payment is made; B. Ensure the you follow through on what was promised on A above

The apartment is fantastic! The view on the see, the centric location and the beautiful furniture, the many different terraces. We would stay here again when coming back to Loutraki!

The first day was extremely windy and the flat is, due to its great location at the see, very exposed to the wind.

Large space. A lot of equipments.

Fifth person could not sleep on bed due to popped springs, had to sleep on living room sofa. There were strong smell on first days. Very windy in the balcony, there were no protections. The bedding was dirty. The apartments needs a general repair. Doors does not lock and cannot be closed properly. Very small hob.

A beautiful, well equipted and clean penthouse.
