SUITE PLAYA Y MAR - sea view, wifi and AC

Gute Lage über Bäckerei direkt am Strand. Es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine. Der Balkon mit Markise hat extrem gefallen. Zwei Bäder waren nicht unpraktisch, allerdings war in einem der Schlauch defekt. Erfreulich auch die Menge an Geschirr. Muß man nicht täglich abwaschen. Vermieterin zwar nicht gesehen, aber Absprachen haben super funktioniert. Es war sauber, alles da und wenn man geduldig ist, dann gibt's auch Parkplätze in der Nähe.

Abzugshaube ist reinigungsbedürftig. Zweites Schlafzimmer ist als solches zu klein. Da ist auch keine Steckdose oder Nachttischlampe. Der Schrank mit den nützlichen Sachen sollte mal sortiert/aufgeräumt werden. Da sind doch tolle Dinge drin...

Es un tercer piso sin ascensor

La ubicación es perfecta, en primera línea de playa. Las instalaciones estaban bastante nuevas y estaba muy equipado. Lo encontramos muy limpio.

La única dificultad que encuentro es que no tiene ascensor para la gente que no pueda acceder, para nosotros no fue ningún problema.

Great location- perfect for driving around island, right at the beach, perfect for swimming. Good Spar 2 minutes away. Balcony is facing the ocean - amazing sunrises!

I loved the space the apartment provided. It was clean and comfortable. The Drs view was excellent

When I arrived I was very disappointed to see there was no cooker . We chose this apartment as I was bringing my children both 7 years old and as you can imagine if you are self catering you need to be able to cook for them which was impossible. The apartment did have a job to cook on but this would only work sometimes . On all we ended up spending everyday to eat out instead of doing all the activities we wanted to do . We was not told about all of the stairs there are quiet a lot . So if you are traveling with children or you have mobility issues then this will not be the right apartment for you . My friend has asthma and really struggled getting up them every time we went out . Lastly the air conditioning unit would not come on . No matter what we tried it didn't work . Very disappointed. In general and really hope people read this review before booking

Shower in muster bed room has an oxidation.Need to be cleaned or renewed

The location is just perfect. The view from the little balcony is marvelous. We enjoyed our morning coffee with a view of the lovely beach. Just a few steps and you are in the sea. The bed is comfortable and we slept really good. There is a washer/drier in one of the bathrooms, so we had always clean towels and clothes. There are lots of parking spaces just around the corner, so you can park your rental. Melanie was really nice. She welcomed us, told us everything we needed to know and was always reachable. 10/10 would recommend.

I liked everything. A balcony with a remote-controlled shading awning, WiFi, parking around the corner, an InterSpar supermarket a few steps away... in the end, even the stairs to the 3rd floor made the vacation at least a little healthy.
