Croc Lapa Chalet

The closeness to the Park and the solitude to enjoy the animals along the river from the patio. Has a heard of elephant come past not more than 7meters away. The sounds of hippos and the fish eagles.

The fact we couldn't stay longer

No breakfast was self catering and the location was perfect. Thank you we will definately stay again

Warm welcome. Wonderful wide view of the Crocodile River, with powerful floodlights shining on the river at night. Hippo and buck grazing. Flocks of birds flying up and down the river. Elephants within a few metres of the veranda. Well-equipped kitchen. A good supply of milk, bottled spring water, cereal, Jungle Oats, tea, coffee etc. A very quiet setting, on a farm. Very secure.

Those in the main bedroom must go through the second bedroom to reach the toilet and shower, which may disturb any occupant/s of the second bedroom.

We ended up not being able to stay at the chalet due to system error and dbl booking. The host still showed us the unit. And they booked us at a lovely property close by. That was just as special. And he was so apologetic about the whole thing. Made sure we were safe and well taken care of. Will definitely recommend any person to visit them.. Will definitely make sure on our next visit to the area that we spend a few days.

View could not be better - absolutely picture-perfect.

The chalet is fine for a short sleep-over, but not very comfortable.
