Imperator Sea Views Apartments

Amazing apartment! There were seven of us and ample space for everyone. The upstairs was literally like going up a magical spiral staircase that opens up to the large patio area which is a sun trap! Bedrooms - there's two on the ground floor and two upstairs. The upstairs are doubles with en suites and downstairs have two singles in one room and three singles in the other. So overall plenty of showers which was fab with us being a group of females. Location - loved it! Promenade is directly behind the apartments and from it you can walk to restaurants/cafe or even hire a bike and cycle to puerto Banus. Straight across from the apartment is a grocery shop which does fresh pastries every morning. Making contact with the apartment management team was very easy and they were so friendly. Gave plenty of advice and instructions were straightforward when arriving at the premises. Will definitely return!

Sadly the pool was closed while we were there which was during Easter. I think it was only the start of their season so they were painting and cleaning it. We used the large pool instead - the sea 😂

Apartment is on the fourth floor of the building and has a great location with very easy access onto the promenade Maritimo. Shared swimming pool in the grounds is kept clean and well maintained, as are the grounds. Apartment was clean and functional and although we didn't spend much time in there, it was still very pleasant. All the facilities described in the advertisement were there for our use. Our contact, Rafa was very helpful, always prompt and responsive with his communication.

None of this is the apartments problem, but there is a lot of other units undergoing renovation so the building can be noisy at times with workmen. Sun loungers provided by the Imperator are old and often broken, rules are strict about use of the pool/garden area.

Amazing view from the apartment with a nice set up on the balcony to enjoy the views. Good good-sized rooms and decent shower. The apartment was very clean. The location was good and it was easy to get to everything. Very good wifi.

Check in-process was problematic but that could well have been down to poor communication on my part. However to arrive at the apartment to find maintenance being done specifically touch-up painting was not ideal. Kitchen was not well appointed with very little to cook with no saucepan or kettle to boil water. Microwave had seen better days.

Amazing views of ocean and rock of Gibraltar front and mountains back. 4 bedrooms made spreading out easy. Good mattresses. Easy ocean access. The pool an and garden are so well maintained and beautiful!! Great restaurants in short walk. Mercado across street for coffee and drinks/ simple food:)

It was odd to go outside to go up to second level but I actually liked it;)

Clean, modern and very well arranged. The location is the heart of Marbella 3mins walk to the beach The sea view is fabulous, would definitely book it again.
