The apartment is in an amazing central location - perfect for exploring the town and easy access to the Marina and shops. Easy walk to the beach and market on Saturday too. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. It had a nice outdoor eating area on the balcony and good space to relax inside. The hosts are very communicative and responded immediately to any queries.

The pool was closed as it was October. it does say this in the small print but we didn't see this as it says swimming-pool in the listing title - perhaps this should be edited from October when the pool isn't available? We had to pay extra to have pool towels to use at the beach. The kitchen doesn't have anything it at all - apart from a bottle of water in the fridge. For a self catering, esp for a short break it would be great if the basic condiments were there - salt pepper. olive oil etc as we had to go and buy these only for them to be thrown away 4 days later.

Situated within walking distance to the marina. Apartment was clean and comfortable with ample room for six guests with a lovely pool. Great communication with staff via what’s app and speedy return of deposit also. Will return.

We had a very nice stay in Marbella. The apartment was confortable, superb location close to the port and the host was very responsive and always willing to help! I would love staying here again.

The apartment is huge, fully equipped. We enjoyed our whole stay and the walk within the community. It seems that everything is maintained, looking forward to seeing what Puerto Banus will become in the next years!

Do not book this apartment!! On arrival we were charged a €300 security deposit. When we checked out, having left the property exactly as we found it we were told the deposit would be return, but it wasn't. The property claimed we broke a table which was completely untrue, then kept our deposit. The supposed "damaged property" was a small 4 legged bedside table that could have easily been fixed or replaced for less that €20 ( see pic the property sent us). This is clearly a scam the property is running to withhold / steal deposits from guests. Aside from the deposit scam, this property is below average and far from "luxury" as advertised. The apartment was not clean. The bathrooms are old, dirty and mouldy ( see photo attached ). The shower head was broken. The kitchen was also very dated and all the furniture in there is cheap and flimsy. I definitely wouldn't stay here again. AVOID at all costs.
