Lovely balcony to sit out of an evening with a glass of wine or in the morning for breakfast Great pool to cool off in and relax

Can’t think of anything bad only thing if I had to pick would be more pillows for the beds

Location cleanliness and a great pool

Great apartment, lovely views of La Concha, very good location, being 5 mins away from the beach and equidistant to San Pedro Old Town. Nearby lots of restaurants, bars, playgrounds and shops. Joaquin was always very responsive and Francine ensured a very warm welcome and even brought over a baby high chair and baby bedding personally.

Unfortunately when we were at the property, Marbella council had a swimming pool ban. So unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool.

We had a most wonderful stay in this apartment as a family. It was very spacious and comfortable and very well equipped, with a separate utility room for washing and drying clothes. Each of the bedrooms has it's own french doors leading to the terrace, and there is a great view of the mountains. The pools were set in the most beautiful and tranquil gardens and there was a very attentive lifeguard. The main pool was almost 36m from the furthest point to another for those wanting a decent swim and the smaller pool was ideal for small children. The host was very responsive to questions prior to our arrival and Francine, who met us on arrival, was simply lovely and very helpful as was Antonia, the person at the reception. It was close to shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the sea.

I cannot identify anything negative or requiring improvement. I much preferred this apartment than the more modern and clinical apartments that other family were staying in.

The property is very well located, a couple of minutes walk to San Pedro centre and easy access to the coastal road. We had a warm welcome from Francine and she also helped us a couple of times during our stay. The property has a view to the north east and we had a lovely sunrise each day; I think this orientation may keep some of the aggressive summer heat away too. There is plenty of space and a big balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed. The grounds and pool area were beautiful. We liked being near the town and beach front.

We weren’t permitted inflatables in the pool.
