The tarrace makes this place. Big, with great view, jakuzzi big dining table js the place to spend the time. Well furnished, modern appartment. Perfect for two, suitable for 4.

The noisy music from the nearby bar until 1 am during the weekend was annoying.

The entire apartment was recently renovated with high end fixtures...doors windows and appliances, newly painted and extremely clean. The upper deck was the main attraction with a close up view over the shore and adjacentbusy port...fun to watch commercial ships and the dozen fishing boats which you could directly purchase seafood from. The location on the periphery of Centro storico was ideal for access to dozens of restaurants, bars craft shops and the beach and a two block walk to the modern city. A daily small farmers market was a block away, Monopoly was our favorite spot in a month-long trip to Pughlia.

parking was 1E a hour 24/7 unless you got a hard to find free spot...40E fine if you got caught. A grill on the fabulous rooftop deck would be welcome. No elevator....50 plus steps to the door.

The location is great! The host was very nice and the apartment was clean and spacious. The terrace is beautiful! We did not get the chance to use the hot tub but it was a nice addition. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for our kids (7&14). We didn’t have pillows for the sofa bed (although we didn’t contact the host about that.. we arranged ourselves with what was in the apartment). The public beach located walking distance from the apartment is very small (very little sand) therefore hardly any place to lay a towel down. The main piazza (shops and restaurants) is right behind the apartment. We spent a lot of time there in the evening walking around and enjoying dinner followed by gelato! Parking: there is paying street parking (blue lines on the street) right outside the apartment. There are also a handful of free street parking spots (white lines) near the apartment but we were unsure if we could leave the car there in either type of street parking overnight so we parked in a free lot near the one she mentioned to us. The free lot (hers or the one we used) is about a 10-15 min walk from the apartment.

Location was excellent. On the edge of the old part of Monopoli, close to the large square.

A modern apartment in the heart of the old city! Stunning views from the great terrace! Very nice place!

Good location, spacious and well equipped plus a very large roof terrace which was great for relaxing
