Lovely apartment set just outside the Old Town of Monopoli. Great facilities and equipment. Amazing wraparound balcony with sea views. Good communication with Antonio, 😁

Amazing stunning apartment with everyone and more that you could need. Beach towels were supplied and all bath towels were swapped over half way through our stay. it was so perfectly located as well - just outside centre Storico and 2 minute walk to beautiful swimming spots. The view from the balcony was just incredible. The balcony wrapped the entire apartment and it was so so lovely.

Loved everything! Only small issue was that we found a few ants in the kitchen and rooms but the owner was super helpful and sprayed.

Great apartment perfect for families or friends travelling together 3 bedroom 3 bathrooms and lots of living space. The wrap around balcony is a beautiful space with views to the old town and sea Perfect base to explore Puglia towns Not too difficult to find Parking out the front

"beautiful, spacious apartment with a large terrace"

the apartment is close to the “centro storico”, about 10 min walk through very nice street full of palms. it is large and spacious, very well equipped, in very quiet area with enough of sockets, 3 bathrooms and terrace with wonderful view. it is possible to order a breakfast for 5€/person, which antonio brings every morning. we loved this apartment and definetely recommend to stay there.

just the two little cons for light sleepers: - antonio bringing the breakfast at 6:40 and preparing it in the kitchen for about 20 minutes might wake you up - squeeky doors as the apartment is older
