Perfect location, wonderful terrace, spacious apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable beds.

Very minor flaws: Some of the equipment was little worn (wiggly chairs, sofa). In case of rain water went into the living room through the window. We were not able to start the heating so we used the air conditioning to heat the living room.

"Beautiful large apartment with huge terrace and great views."

beautiful large apartment with huge wrap-around terrace. gorgeous views of Monopoli. Antonio was a wonderful host, apartment had everything we needed and then some. Kitchen well stocked with pots/pans. AC worked wonderfully. Grocery across the street and parking free in lot.

"A decent penthouse apartment with a large terrace at a 7 minute walk from the old town."

The apartment is equipped with multiple bathrooms and a washing machine which came in handy. The large terrace is great for drying clothes and tanning. This house comfortably fits 4 - 6 people.

The apartment is not trendy per se and the bathroom fixtures are dated. It feels like a house as opposed to a hotel apartment or BnB. Also, breakfast is not included.
