Convenient location with great views over the port. Comfortable and clean.

The Casetta was beautiful, clean and practical. The bed was excellent and you have the essentials in the small kitchen to prepare basic stuff if you wanted. I enjoyed the nice restaurants around, there is a great choice! Giorgia met me with the keys and was very nice and helpful. The house is on street level and has the bedroom downstairs, every room with beautiful views on the Porto Antico. It is almost like being on the water. Close to shops and restaurants. In the center of the village.

Nothing! Just a note for people who are looking to “cero noise and extra privacy” … you should take into account that this property is the middle of the tourist area so you have people coming and going all they long and you can hear voices and music during the day. But it all gets quiet at bed time (at least in October)

Georgia was the best host I have ever met..she was so accommodating and went out of her way to help. It was immaculate and stunning overlooking the little harbour.

Perfect location, heart of monopoly. Beautiful property and had everything you could ever need. Excellent host that was quick to answer any questions.

Great communication from the host, lovely apartment right on the water and very close to the old town. Amenities were great and the room was very clean. Thanks very much for a good stay and would recommend!

Thé place was in an utmost location. The home was quite quaint and loved that it smelled zen.

Just a small suggestion…it would be nice to provide a couple of bottles of beer, a couple of soft drinks or a bottle of wine with a small basket of familiar snacks of the region.

Nice apartment in a very good location in the old town.

An excellent location right on the port in Monopoli. Miriam was always available to answer any questions. 2 bathrooms was a bonus as was the small kitchen to prepare food. You couldn’t find a better location. Close to everything, a couple of minutes to the beach, heaps of restaurants and bars and the supermarket close by.

Just a suggestion to include an information sheet for guests regarding wifi, where to find things ( plates etc in cupboard in sitting room). Would just eliminate the need to keep messaging the owner.

Best location in Monopoli , two separate bedrooms two floors 2 bathrooms 2 tvs. Had everything you could want including use of beach parasols, coffee machine, kettle hairdryers iron. Quiet eve.n though in a busy area. Gorgeous and great for family of 4

The shower causes a bit of a flood downstairs which you have to clean up - drain just needs to be cleaned out.
