PALAZZO DEI GESUITI APPARTAMENTO con TERRAZZA PRIVATA

Przepiękny, stylowy apartament. Wygodne łóżko, piękna pościel, bieliźniarka pełna ręczników. Cudowne tarasy z widokiem na plac Garibaldiego. Czysto jak łza. Imponujący metraż. Lokalizacyjnie nie mogło być lepiej - dosłownie kilka kroków od Porta Vecchia. Blisko stacja kolejowa (z dużymi walizkami dotarliśmy na nogach w 9min). Gianni, właściciel apartamentu to przecudowny człowiek, bardzo pomocny, robił nam rezerwację w świetnych restauracjach, polecał środki transportu, miejscówki itd. Szkoda, że tak krótko, myślę, że wrócimy:)

Spacious property in a great location and with great outdoor space

We were told we would be met at the property which didn’t happen and after a frustrating delay were given digitalaccess to the property.

Lovely, spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean. The location couldn’t have been better, and we really enjoyed both the roof terrace and our own smaller private terrace. Michaela gave us a warm welcome and was super helpful.

There was a pump noise that kept going on and off that was a bit annoying. And I think it’s time for new pillows!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei Gianni und Michella. Das Ausstattung des Apartments entspricht der Beschreibung und die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Michela war vor Ort immer für ein Gespräch da und wenn Hilfe benötigt wird.

The apartment with private terrace was a wonderful stay! There are 4 apartments in total and each has a section of the shared rooftop terrace with private seating, etc. The unit we stayed in also had a lovely private terrace off of the kitchen, quite private and not really overlooked. You enter the building from the square with a door code. That gains you entrance to a flight of stairs. There is a motorized chair available for the first big chunk of the 50+ steps. After you go up the steps you come to a common courtyard and then the keys to enter your unit were in the door. We met Michaela who was cleaning the units upon our arrival and she explained everything and made sure we got the correct unit. From the common courtyard, you go up a set of outdoor stairs to access the rooftop terraces and the shared laundry. The garbage and recycling was a dream here as there are common bins located in the shared courtyard, so literally out your unit door. The kitchen is is good for cooking simple meals in and there were AMAZING stainless steel pots/ pans that did not have that annoying "non-stick" coating on them. The kitchen had a plastic cutting board and several okay knives. I have yet to ever rent something with a great kitchen/ good cutting boards, cookware and knives.... but then I am a foodie! The location is inside the ZTL so you park outside the wall and it is a 2-3 minute walk. The apartment is on a square with literally restaurants at your feet. The local grocery store could be found in the main square outside of the walls, like maybe a 7-10 minute walk away. They had only foodstuffs there, no paper products or other housewears. The apartment was very clean and had good climate control, excellent window ventilation as well. Michaela was excellent and when one of our lightbulbs failed, she was there the next morning to replace it for us. We briefly met our host the morning we left and he was lovely. Thank you!

The only minor thing that we noticed was that there was some sort of water priming pump that ran for a few seconds several times an hour whether we were using water in our unit or not. Not sure if someone had a toilet running on or if there was a slow leak somewhere. In any event, this was a very minor thing!
