Location was perfect, right near the water and near the main square. The room was nice and comfortable.

Great location. Within 5 min walk to the "historic city center" but outside the walls so you're away from the chaos. Close to restaurants and cafes, there is a CarreFour around the corner Lots of natural light Great wifi (I am a digital nomad so needed very strong wifi) The owner was nice and helpful. She let me check-in early. Quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to everything that you need. Bed was comfortable. I prefer hard mattresses vs soft.

It's a 2nd-floor walk-up. This is not explicitly stated anywhere. So if you have mobility issues, take this into consideration. Carrying up and down a 20kg suitcase was quite the workout. It's a small 1 bed room apartment with a very limited kitchen which for me was a negative since I work remotely during the day (and one of the reasons why I chose this place) and don't always have time to go out to eat. It has very basic kitchen equipment - a pot, a pan. utensils but that's about it. If you're looking to make elaborate meals - the kitchen is not equipped for that. If not, then ignore this comment. There is no "living room" space. The entrance goes into the kitchen. There is a small sofa in the kitchen but not a place that you can hang out and chill. Overhead shower was not working (the button was stuck) so had to use the hand held shower. It was fine for a 3 day stay but a bit annoying. The owner would have to call a plumber to fix that. Mattress was comfortable but the bed frame/headboard makes a lot of noise if you move around on the bed. The headboard needs to be bolted down to the wall or something because if you move everything creaks.

Well, the host mainly... Giovanna , the host, apparently, she "forgot" to tell us that there will be some work done on the exterior of the building 👷‍♂️ We asked if there will be noise or dust or stuff like that but she assured us that it wouldn't be the case. In the morning we woke up at 8.00 am on the sound of power tools that were demolating our own apartments balcony. It was mainly a construction site. As it was Friday already, we went to the beach to escape the noise and called and asked the host again, if there will be work done also on Saturday, so we could decide if we will look for something else or stay there for the rest of the weekend. Again, she assured us that no work will be done on Saturday. The next morning at 8.00 am, surprise! The workers started again 🙃 The rating is not for the apartment, which is pretty nice. The rating is for the transparency of the host who deliberately did not tell us about the current situation so we could decide if we were going to stay or not. Not nice at all. In the end, we left, no refound was provided. But the host offerd +1 night stay on her expense 🤦‍♂️

Lovely & clean, close to everything

Central location, very close to beaches, bars and restaurants. Had a balcony to enjoy. Bed was comfortable. Property owner was very helpful in finding my lost property and returning it to me.
