Everything was excellent. The apartment is close to the beach, the neighbourghood is very good and quiet, supermarket is across the street. Center is short walking distance. Overall perfect for a summer holiday. The apartment is equiped with everything. Very clean and you have everything you can think of. 🙂

Great apartment with lovely, spacey balcony. We loved the location as it is near the beach in a very quiet part of town but at the same time near center.

We have arrived close to midnight...our flight had some delay, we were starving and kids with us. The owner was so kind and bought us some pizza's kept it warm for us and refused to let us pay for it. During our way to the apartment we had a very good conection with the owner. The apartment is spotless clean and brand new. You can see that the onwer cares about it. You have everything you need. Good wifi. Underfloor heating which made the atmosfere inside very confortable. A good supermarket just across the street. Netflix for the ones who cares about it. Not to far from the city center however a bit difficult to walk there. Very quiet area. Parking.

"very nice apartment with seaview"

very nice new apartment close to beach. the apartment was clean, Damiano showed us everything. we liked the beds and balconies

wifi connection was very slow. and there was a lot of noise from nearby construction sites and circus are. but once the development is finished it will be in nice new neighbourhood

"Holiday in Monopoli"

Lovely clean apartment with a great balcony near the beach and the old town. Cala Paradiso was the nicest beach in the vicinity and the centro storico is quite stunning. Damiano was extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. It was great being able to organise pick up to and from the airport as we didn't have a car

The amount of construction going on all around and the noise levels
