Awesome place, comfortable, and very cosy.

The host is very welcoming, attentive and adaptable to your circumstances. The bedding is comfortable and located right next to Martvili Canyon

We were 2 people. Stay there 4 nights at the beginning of July 2023. The house is cozy and the atmosphere is pleasant. The owner of the place is a nice lady. Her way of thinking is that you come as a guest to her house, therefore as a guest it is very important to her that you will have a pleasant and good stay. She has a lot of patience and sat with us for 45 minutes about places to see around. We definitely recommend staying there.

They graciously accommodated our dinner request, serving us a delicious meal that surpassed our expectations. The wine and chacha provided were exceptional, making our stay even better. The host at Novel House went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They shared valuable tips and recommendations for exploring the nearby Martvili Canyon, allowing us to make the most of our visit. Additionally, their kind gesture of driving one of our group members to the emergency room when needed truly demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. The rooms at Novel House were spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for our larger group. We found comfort and tranquility in our accommodations, providing a restful haven after a day of adventure. The attention to detail was evident, and it was clear that the staff took great care in ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. The proximity of Novel House to Martvili Canyon was a major bonus. Being just a short distance away, we could easily explore the natural wonders of the canyon without any hassle. The convenience of its location added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. In summary, Novel House comes highly recommended for a wonderful stay near Martvili. With its warm and welcoming atmosphere, delightful dining experiences, helpful host, and convenient location, it offers everything one could desire for a memorable trip. The room was clean although had some imperfections for an European standard. The garden was really nice, and it has a few common areas that can be used, couch, table, shared kitchen.

Shower drain leaked on the bathroom floor and the bathroom window had no glass at all. The shared fridge was quite dirty.

Gvantsa was very great cohost, she is friendly and kind. The place was very beautiful and comfortable. Thanks again.

It is situated in the village. A bit far from the city Martvili if you go on foot.
