Big, clean and confortable appartment with fully equipped kitchen and private parking.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed staying in this apartment. Monreale Duomo was stunning. From our apartment to Palermo Duomo, it's just a 20-minute drive. We've been in Siracusa, Noto, Modica, Agrigento, Erice, Cefalu, Enna, Villa Romana, dele Casale, Catania, Taormina. Sicily is a beautiful place to visit. People are very friendly. Driving in Sicily is easy!!!

Nice location in Monreale, within walking distance of the cathedral, although to get there, some bits are on the main road, and it's not exactly safe to walk. Good flat, comfortable beds, and two bathrooms.

The landlord was a little bit grumpy when we arrived for the check-in. He was also very annoying during checkout because he got to the property before the given time "just to make sure we were ready". The cleanliness should be improved, especially in the bathroom and the shower (it was clogged due to hair belonging to previous people, very disgusting). The parking is guaranteed, yes, but still accessible to everyone else. We were looking for a parking within a property and only discovered this wasn't the case upon arrival.

The apartment is cut and comfortable. The location is good for people with good walking abilities (if they don't want to use a car). There is a free parking space provided.

It would be good if the owner would replace the coffee maker, the seals are old and coffee cannot be made with it. Adjusting the hot water in the bathroom was difficult to achieve.

The location was awesome just a few km away from palermo.

Spacious apartment for a family of four, two bathrooms separate kitchen and bedrooms. A bit noisy from the main road nearby, difficult to have food supplies from bakeries and markets nearby as you need to drive by car. Kitchen coffee machine faulty. Very typical stay nothing to remember with a smile.

The owner very typical, not very helpful, and ask extra money for our late check in with an excuse that she should pay someone else. But she came herself asking the extra pay.
