Ground Floor Apartment

Beautiful flat, brilliantly equipped.

Close to friends we were visiting .

Parking. It was not always possible to park outside of premises.

All decor was to a very high standard. We appreciated all the little touches. Property was immaculate. Very well located for eating out, pubs, chip shop and takeaway , bakers and a wee shop all in walking distance. Just perfect.

Only minor issue wouldn’t call it a complaint. Child in upstairs flat did get up very early and we could here the child walking about and playing with motorised toys. We thought Being able to sit out in a garden in the nice weather would’ve been nice but we had the next very best option of a very short drive to Montrose Basin where we could watch the birds, seals and enjoy the sunset. Fabulous
