Cosy studio flat

Had a lovely quiet, cosy and comfortable repeat visit to this centrally located flat, 3 mins walk to Aldi and the Train Station and 1 minute to the High Street. Flat is clean with a comfortable bed, good shower and WiFi. Was nice to have been left some biscuits on arrival. Good value accomodation, hope to stay again.

Great to have washing up liquid, washing up sponges and a tea towel but disappointed that there was no kitchen paper l on the stand.

The property is right off High Street and next to Aldi, Tesco, and the Train Station. It's great if you're visiting Montrose Basin, but also if you plan to take the train to Dundee or Aberdeen.

The rollers on the shower were broken, so the door didn't close properly.

Very comfortable flat. Great position, accessible to Aldi or high street. Vicky was very helpful with any questions I had. Great host. Love the wee touches.

Not a lot of room for parking. But manageable. No grill pan in oven.

Accommodatie blokkeert een maand het garantiebedrag , wat ontzettend lang en onaanvaardbaar is. Bovendien geeft accommodatie pas het paswoord van de locker voor sleutel van het appartement nadat ze de foto heeft ontvangen van de kredietkaart waar ook vervaldatum , cvc -nummer en kredietkaartnummer op terug te vinden is ondanks het feit dat betalingen via booking.com in een beveiligde omgeving werden doorgegeven en de betalingen al ok waren.

Everything you need in a compact studio.

Everything was fine, shower took some navigating. Could add a couple of cushions.

The Cosy Studio Flat was very disappointing. During our stay, the boiler broke, leaving us without hot water or heating for two nights, and the host did not fix it or visit the property. We had to find showers elsewhere, which was extremely inconvenient. Communication was frustrating, and the host even accused us of lying. The partial refund offered did not fairly compensate for the disruption. We would not recommend this property and would not stay here again.
