Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. Please note that a prepayment of 30% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. That payment is made by bank transfer. The remaining 70% will be charged on the day of arrival. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Final cleaning is included.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
