Воздух в номере был очень сухой

Very good breakfast.

На ресепшене женщина отзывчивая, общительная(русского не знает,английский плохо,но нам это не мешало, гугл переводчик помогал),на любую просьбу или вопрос быстро реагировала,помогла с трансфером(шатл бас-10долларов с 1 человека)в аэропорт Невшехир. Отель находится минут 20 пешком от крепости.Жили в номере 105-мебель подушатанная,полочка около кровати сломана,пульт от телевизора сломан(звук не прикручивался и не выключался),поэтому не смогли воспользоваться телевизором. Чайник в номере есть.кондиционера нет.нам он не нужен был,мы 1 ночь были там ,ночи были прохладные.Ванная комната убрана плохо,постель белоснежная,полотенце белоснежные, здесь все отлично.Тапочки в номере есть.Не хватает зеркала во весь рост.В целом все норм.на одну ночь можно.Цена-качество соответствует.Проживали с 31.05-01.06.26 за 40 евро с завтраком.Завтрак не пробовали.Уехали рано.

Turkish breakfast was delicious and definitely enough for everyone. Our room with jacuzzi was really amazing; comfortable beds, spacious, clean, jacuzzi was working well. Parking available.

Shower could have a door or curtain; otherwise you make the whole bathroom and the toilet wet. Location a bit outside of the center of the town, but with a car very easily and fast accesible. Breakfast room is a bit small and tight; it feels like you cannot have freely conversations because other guests can hear you easily and they sit close to you.

We had a very big room with sofa and small balcony. Very clean and cozy. Very delicious house made breakfast with the lady of the house always present. Parking available. From the top terrace superb view of Uçhisar castle.

There is always room for improvement ☺️ - one more chair and table on the balcony would be great for the evening.

Spacious room

The spa in the room was for a good deal. The staff were friendly and the breakfast is decent. We wanted to extend by one day and they were very cooperative for it allowing us to pay later.

The location is a bit far away from the main city centre, the taxi only takes 476 lira to görem.

Seul point positif le petit déjeuner local et varier. L'hôtel faisait partie de la zone de prise en charge pour notre activité montgolfière sinon nous ne l'aurions JAMAIS choisis!

Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits, suite à une erreur de leurs part nous avons du changer de chambre le deuxième jours pour la nuit qui nous rester. Alors que nous étions confortablement installer la femme de chambre/cuisinière nous a réveillé pour que nous changions de chambre. La propreté laisse à désirer!!! Le ménage n'est pas fait correctement. Salle de bain mal nettoyer j'ai retrouver des flacons de gel douche vide, poubelle non vider dans la seconde chambre.Sans compter que les gel douche mis a disposition on était comblé avec de l'eau photo a l'appui. Réceptionniste INEXISTANT !!! Nous avons dut appeler le numéro laissé sur le comptoir à l'accueil. Heureusement que nous avions des sim locales!

Posizione ottima, vicina al centro e ai negozi e colazione ottima, molto ricca e tipica con vista sul castello! Personale gentile e disponibile

In stanza abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vetro nella spazzatura, la plastica di una bomba per il bagno, capelli a terra e il copri di una lametta, tutti probabilmente delle persone che hanno soggiornato precedente. Il lavandino era otturato e l'acqua faticava a scendere. Senza il vetro per la doccia era un po' complesso.
