Me and my partner had an amazing experience here from start to finish; Kate, the host of the place, she outdone herself by sorting out our transfer from the airport and onto our next part of the holiday, welcomed us very dearly as soon as we arrived. The place itself is one of a kind, my biggest regret is not staying here longer, right of the bat you are stepping into a very spacious apartment, clean and comfortable interior, Netflix, a fully kitted out kitchen that really makes you feel like home. If this is your first time in Santorini, don’t feel that you must be in Thira or Oia to enjoy the island, it’s very easy to get around especially if you rent out an ATV or a car. As for shops, there are mini markets and a lovely restaurant in the centre of mesaria (a 5 minute walk from the stay). Thank you very much Kate!

The entire property was exactly as pictured—beautifully maintained, spotless, and inviting. The jacuzzi was a perfect addition, pristine and relaxing. Kate went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an exceptional experience.

One standout moment was when I misplaced my phone in the room. Kate kindly drove to the airport to return it to me, an act of kindness I truly can't thank her enough for. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with cozy rooms and fantastic amenities. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for outstanding service and a memorable experience. Thank you, Kate, for making our stay so special!

Kate, the host, is simply amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and she helps with everything you could possibly need. On top of this, she is absolutely charming. The villas are clean, well thought out and have everything you could need. More luck than judgement on our part but they are situated pretty much in the middle of the island so everything you need to do/see isn't more than a 25/30 minute drive. If you don't want a car, Kate can provide a bus timetable and there is a supermarket, pharmacy, gift shop and a few good restaurants within a five minute walk. We would go back in a heartbeat.

From the moment I arrived, the friendly host with a beautiful smile greeted me and allowed me to check in early, which made the start of my trip very pleasant. One of the highlights of this accommodation was the hot jacuzzi, which was very clean and well-maintained. The host frequently checked the jacuzzi and took care of the trash, ensuring everything was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, which was very convenient. It was a perfect place to relax comfortably. If I visit Santorini again, I will definitely choose this house. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything. Kate was the best host we have ever had. Beautiful property, spotlessly clean. Close to restaurants, shops and bus stop. Perfect place to stay if you want to avoid the tourist hot stops of Fira and Oia.

The apartment was clean and well kept. Kate the owner was very gracious and a fantastic host. She helped us book transportation to and from the airport, car rentals and answered all my questions very patiently. I really enjoyed her hospitality and cannot recommend this place enough.

Absolutly amazing apartment close to local shops and resturants and local bus stops were you can go any were on the island for just a few euro. Apartment had everything you need for your stay and hot tub is great to relax after days of site seeing. Kate who looks after the apartment is a great help for any thing you need through out your stay.
