Everything was good

The security fee is too high and the cleaning service was charged to customer

location was good, facilities were adequate, host was friendly and helpful

nothing significant to mentioned

The location and proximity to legoland and iskandar city. Host made the checking in/out hassle free.

Washbasin faucet in the toilet needed replacement..Its leaking.

We stayed 2 nights there, but after the first night (on the second day )we had a bad experience when the door could not enter the unit. We were just coming back from Legoland water park Many attempts made to contact and text the owner but no respond. I tried to contact building maintenance office but also no respond. I then text Booking.com for help but no respond as well. I then have to contact Security guard but they also asked me to contact owner, then security guard shared with me the locksmith contact in which I have to pay my own RM80 to open the door. Owner later responded that she was not well and fall asleep, therefore unable to respond on time. In the panic situation as we couldn’t enter the unit, as my children are wet and all want to go to toilet, we pulled the handle cover if there is other way to open the door. The cover then detached and not able to put back at its location, owner returned my deposits RM250 but didn’t want to reimburse me RM80 that I paid to the locksmith. Reason being the handle cover could not be used anymore. I on the other hand have to cancel my family outing in the second night fearing we will get stuck outside again.
