The property boasted enough beds to sleep all for our visit . On arrival we founded a fold up bed and a broken sofa . With the back of a different sofa under the double bed . We notified the host who with all the arrogance he could muster said “Leave and Booking. Com will sort you a alternative “ we have to book ourselves and now cannot get a refund !!!

Location was ok

1.Very old model taps in kitchen and toilet. No mixer taps 2.The people living on the ground floor started knocking on the ceiling while we were operating the washing machine. 3. The cleaning person came and knocked the door before we are leaving. Was very embarrassing. 4. Beds are very noisy.

The property was bigger than expected and very clean and tidy with good appliances in the kitchen. In a good area which was quiet and there was always on road parking available outside. Lots of hot water. Door security and key pick up excellent. Any contact with host was good.

Beds and pillows were quite hard so not that comfortable and the put up bed had a few springs missing which made it a little strange but none of it spoilt the stay. Could do with a few more cooking dishes/trays/utensils in the kitchen.

The flat is very clean and has all the basic amenities you need, located in a quiet residential area. It is walking distance to the nearest tube station and has good public transport links. The flat has good radiators to keep you warm.

The lock on the bathroom door wasn’t working but this is not a big problem. The pillows are too high/ hard, so it might be a bit uncomfortable. We bought our own pillows so it didn’t affect us much.

Had good electric heaters they are powerful

Pretty much everything.. the landlord even asked me to check in 2 hours later.. even tho I literially asked them for earlier.. has bad smells through out.. the bed sheets had yellow stains.. the bathroom is a safety hazard…. Didn’t even have soap lol.. the bed isn’t large enough for anyone above 5ft 11. The house makes many noises.. people living in loft fyi
