Ease of check in. Location, car parking and facilities.

Kitchen could be better equipped or updated. No garlic press, very poor corkscrew, no baking trays for heating or cooking food in oven. We ended buying our own whilst we there. When we checked in there were no basics such as a single toilet roll. One would have been helpful before we had a chance to go shopping.

It was an easy transaction.

If I look at other Apartments that we have stay in Hacienda Playa the distribution of rooms are a lot smaller but adequate. No International TV channels.

Good location, near to the beach.There is a supermarket near by and some restaurants.Very close to Nikki Beach.Nice big apartment. Huge clean pool with lifeguard.

The smell inside wasn't so good when we first entered.The terrace was not swept and the corners were full of human hair and the pillows on the chairs full of cat hair.Old furniture not cleaned properly.Old burned toaster in the kitchen.The bidet was dirty. Everything looked as if no one had been there for a long time. The bed cover was a little bit dirty in the main bedrooom and the sheets from the living room sofa used before, maybe from the others tourists. I wouldn't book this property again.Smelly pillows although the pillow covers were clean.

The location is outstanding and the outdoor space perfect

The second bedroom and bathroom is very small and really only suitable for kids. The main bathroom needs a refresh Personally would remove the bath. Reposition the toilet and create a walk in shower

The apartment was wonderful and spacious. The garden was very well kept and serene. Both the compound and apartment had all the security arrangements to make me feel safe. Should definitely be considered if planning a trip to Marbella.
