Preziosa Apartment

Everything was perfect 🤍 The guests were very nice and friendly. The apartment is really cozy and the terrace is huge and has an amazing view 🩵 It's 10 minutes walking from city center and 10 minutes walking from Promenada City Mall, New York Mall and you have all the facilities right at the entrance of the block. We really enjoyed our stay here and definatelly will choose Preziosa Apartment next time.

Great location, pictures are true to reality. The owner kindly provided coffee, tea, toilet and bathroom facilities. Delightful balcony.

We agreed for early check-in - at 13:00. The owner of the apartment forgot about it, we stood with suitcases waiting for him for about 40 minutes. But it is not as bad as cockroaches in the bathroom, which climb out of the ventilation. This is more of a problem of the apartment block rather than the apartments, but it spoilt the impression.

Besides the amazing view, the parking spot was a must.

This apartment is in a fantastic location, with everything easily accessible and has a stunning view. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating to all our requests.

Beautiful view, great location close to markets and not far from city centre.
