Old Town Square Apartment Novi Sad

The apartment’s location was the best feature and the owner was very responsive.

My wife and I recently visited Novi Sad during the EXIT Festival and booked an apartment through Booking.com. However, we must be completely honest in our assessment, as we found the overall quality and pricing ratio to be quite disappointing. At EUR 936.00 for a 4-night stay, we expected a higher level of accommodation. The building itself showed signs of aging and was in need of several upgrades. The apartment's description and photos suggested a "Historic Romantic" atmosphere, but in reality, the building lacked any significant historic value. The interior decor was rather basic, with touches that felt more on the affordable side than truly enhancing the ambiance. Our sleep quality was not up to par, as the bed didn't provide the level of comfort we had hoped for. Additionally, the bathroom, especially the shower, was uncomfortably tiny, making our daily routines less enjoyable. One aspect that truly disappointed us was the cleanliness of the apartment. Several areas were not up to a reasonable standard, which is particularly disheartening considering the premium price we paid. While we enjoyed the festival and our time in Novi Sad, we couldn't overlook these shortcomings in our accommodation. As seasoned travelers, we believe it's essential to provide an honest review to help other users and clients make informed decisions when booking their stays. In summary, while the location may have been convenient for the festival, we advise potential guests to carefully consider the trade-offs between pricing and quality. We sincerely hope that the property management takes our feedback constructively and works towards improving the overall experience for future visitors.

We loved staying at Old town square apartment. Its great location, very clean, nice and cozy interior. Radmila was very helpful and check in was smooth.

The apartment has a perfect location, close to everything which is important for a tourist! The accomodation is beautiful, has a romantic style, and big enough! Radmila sent me clear informations about the check-in, and she helped us with the parking payment!

The location was perfect, the interieur with style and the flat was clean and cosy. Check very easy. Good host, easy to communicate.
