Apartmani Dama

The apartment was generally clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable. The accommodation is in a good location.

1. Upon arrival, entering the apartment requires calling the host to receive instructions, which is very inconvenient for foreigners who have just arrived. This is a situation that could have been resolved in a much better way. 2. The carpet in the bedroom was extremely dirty. 3. Immediately upon arrival, we noticed that the apartment door handle was broken (it had fallen off). Although the host was informed of the issue the same day, the lock was not repaired until the third day of our stay.

The toilet was smelling bad, and the tap wasnt work properly. The guest should buy water before check-in no complimentary water in the rooms. I stayed 2nd fl, C

2 of 7 days were no hot watter, On 3C there were no heatting, cleaning service / higiene might me much better. There were no cleaning products for kitchen and toilet…
