Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Sowohl Zentrum als auch Donaupromenade sind in nur wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Es liegt im 4.Stock eines Wohnhauses. Lift gibt es keinen und es sind 95 Stufen zu überwinden, d.h. für Fitness ist gesorgt 😉 Im Innenhof befindet sich der private, nicht öffentlich zugängliche, Parkplatz. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern erfolgte per WhatsApp und es wurden uns sehr genaue Instruktionen hinsichtlich Schlüsselbox usw. übermittelt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem mit Federkernmatratze und Kopfkissen aus memoryfoam. Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Toaster und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine gibt es keine, aber das war ja im Vorfeld bekannt. Das Bad hat eine Walk-in Dusche, ein WC und ein Waschbecken, welches eher klein ausfällt. Die Terrasse ist groß und bietet einen schönen Ausblick Richtung Donau und Festung sowie zum Donaupark Klimaanlage und WLAN haben super funktioniert Das inkludierte Frühstück gibt es in der Pizzeria La Forza im Zentrum bei der katholischen Kirche (ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg). Getränke sind extra zu bezahlen. Wir haben dieses jedoch (aufgrund unserer Termine) nur einmal in Anspruch genommen. All in All haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Das einzige was gefehlt hat, war eine Ablagemöglichkeit bzw. ein Schrank für unser Gewand. Aber für 4 Nächte kann man mal aus dem Koffer leben 😉

Ottima posizione. Discrete forniture interne. Gestori (a distanza) sempre solleciti. Problematico per i 100 scalini da salire. Molto scomodo il letto in una nicchia. Colazione con buone cose in una pizzeria nel vicino centro storico a 11' di passeggiata.

Nice and cozy studio-apartment, has everything one might nees. Great and safe private parking(and free) in the building courtyard. Easy self check in. Fantastic location. Lovely terrace

Lovely and modern apartment, just right for two! The big terrace with a view of Petrovaradin was amazing. Super friendly staff. Totally recommend it!

Great value for the money: a) the location is superb; b) free parking space; c) great breakfast - omelettes with spinach and zucchini were perfect(!); d) hosts are very helpful and friendly.

I was unaware that this apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator. No breakfast on Sunday.

It's close to all points of interest, everything is within walking distance. Very good breakfast. All the facilities needed. Very good communication with the host. We loved that it was self check in. The appartment looks nice and it was vrey clean.

It would have been a 10 but I cannot go over the bed, it was so bad I cannot describe it. Maybe for some other peopole is ok, but I need a hard foam mattis. This was a spring one with a soft toper on top and 3 night with back pain is not nice. Also as a suggestion, change the hairdryer as the case is shutterd and with enough luck you can get inside. And the shower because it's almost impossible to set it to the right temperature and the overhead thing sprays water everywhere but on you.
