Location itself, concept, design idea, the people were nice

The pool was not heated in May, even though it was said so. We didnt get the apartment we booked, due to some maintenance. The apartment was cleaned, but not super clean (small babies that crawls everywhere). The parking is a bit inconvenient for people with small children.
