SGThe owner was very friendly and most helpful to recommend eating places. They also resolved any issues promptly.
The bathroom had a kerb or small step which isn't vey noticeable and may be a potential accident point.

PHI like that its very near Legoland, very good and helpful instructions from the host. Has a convenience store downstairs, very affordable and big space.
The sofa is dirty and so are the display pillows. The bedsheets smells as if it was not clean. I was expecting it to be clean because of the reviews but I was disappointed and feel like the reviews are fake. Even the walls have stains from foods of most likely the previous guests but was never cleaned. Even if the price is cheap, I think cleanliness should be no.

RUОчень приятные апартаменты, соответствуют фото. Самостоятельный заезд. Отличная связь с хозяином. Накануне заезда сообщается очень подробное описание, поэтому проблем с заселением и выездом нет. В общей зоне есть бильярд,но надо записываться заранее у охранника. Бассейн работает до 22.00. Людей вечером в бассейне было немного. Кровать в ширину около 140 см.
Стоит увеличить количество посуды и ложек с вилками.
