"Does the job but weird system with keys"

Had to pick up and drop keys at a different building and I didn’t have time to stop off so had to pay a 150MYR charge (in cash) even though I arranged for the return of the key with a driver. Pretty annoying you can’t just leave it onsite.

it was horrible, as i went to the property then they ask me to collect the key from another location, i called the manamgent and after many calls they answered and asked me to wait will try to send some one with the keys, i have been waiting for more than 3 hrs, and they was not answering my calls or messages any more, then they informed me the only way to collect the key is in person, looking on the situation i have my kids, luggage's etc, they have a poor communications and manners not answering and just leave me in the street in pain, they should have inform me in advance the place to collect the key then i decide, not to assume every guest to have car and can easily drive around.
