"Amazing 31st view"

As I'm a regular traveller to Johor my 1st choice is always Almas. Been staying with the same management before The units are always clean and of course, the view from the 31st floor is amazing. And I was amazed at how prompt their reply was if there was any issue pertaining to the unit that you stayed in. Will definitely choose this unit during my next staycation.

Nothing that I don't like. If anything that you don't agree with or like just inform them.

Staffs absolutely not responsive. All communications are automatic generated. The towels were slightly smelling.
